OBMI has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, creative, self-motivated and professional person to work in our busy Bermuda office. Successful candidate will meet the following minimum requirements:


  • A minimum of 5 years of general office management experience, working in a fast paced, professional environment
  • Experience with office secretarial duties, billing, bank deposits, travel arrangements, immigration & personnel management highly desirable
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently as part of the architectural design team
  • Knowledge and experience of contracts, accounts, personnel, vendor relations and general office management is required
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office programs, proficiency with Power Point & Adobe Photoshop
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and creative skills
  • Ability to take initiative and good problem solving skills are essential for this position
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Formal business administration /marketing training in Bermuda preferred
